Water City
A fantasy city full of water, canals running throughout, wooden waterways overhead. The residents wear tall shoes to protect their feet and large hats to protect the rest of them. Some richer parts of the city are raised above the water but everyone else learns to love the water early and never stop. Everything is transported using boats
