The Secret Tunnels
After finding a trap door underneath the lake, thinking it'd lead to the ravine further below, you're plunged into complete darkness and tunnels that branch out in every direction one could think of. You light a candle, pick a tunnel, and begin to explore.
You notice you could hear most everything from the town above, the odd and eerie noises of the cave itself, and oddly enough, music playing from somewhere in the tunnels.
You go toward it, expecting a person, maybe even civilization that wasn't from above, but all you find is a dead end.
And then you realize you're completely lost. And alone. Mostly the former.
