A sludgy flowing river of acid: the poisonous lifeblood of a felled black dragon that has corrupted the river, transforming it into a deathtrap. Acrid fumes rise from the surface, and bubbles pop on the surface. The only path across is over the back of the dead monster itself, but it's corpse is guarded by jealous spawn...
