A stench not altogether unlike Sigil's Hive permeates the air. Dozens of shifty eyes peer at you from every darkened alley. Vicious armored brutes in hound-like helmets bully and beat those unfortunate enough to cross their path. This is Plague-Mort, gate-town to the Abyss.
