The Mayor of the toony town of ToonValley lives here alongside 3 others. The two creators of the world live there alongside the older creator's feisty feline, and the mayor's nosy canine! The younger creator shares a room with the 3rd member, the music director who works at the theatre.
It's fairly obvious that the duo of lads are much closer than friends.
