Hogwarts Library at Night
You rub your eyes and pull your hair to try and stay awake. Exams are starting next week and you have to make McGonagall proud on your Advanced Transfiguration essay. So for the next few days, the library is your home. You've already claimed a desk near the Restricted Section, far away enough from the entrance so as not to be disturbed by first-years, but still near one of the library's many stained glass windows. You love the view of the lake that you have from here (not that there's anything to see at 3 AM), and so your territory was marked early in the year by a warding charm on the desk. No one knows of this spot except for you and the librarian, Ms. Prince, your friend who's kept your secret since the beginning of sixth year. Suddenly, a chilly breeze comes from the window. You pull out your jumper from your bag. Its softness reminds you of your cozy bed near the fire that's waiting for you in one of the dormitories. "Focus," you whisper, eager to finish your essay as you return your thoughts to the parchment in front of you. After all your exams are over you'll sleep in your bed for a week!
