Deep forest refuge
The Timberlings do not admit just anyone to their stronghold hidden deep within the Hyperion Forest. They are a festive and serene people, fiercely loyal to family and friends. To enter Hazelcrown is to lose time. The wind whispers, the skywood and the tower pine speak. Winter birds bid the sun farewell for another day, and the barred owls awaken in the distance. Occasionally, the rush of the magnificent snowy gryphons interrupts the solitude, but only for a moment, for they are swift.
