A Deal in The Dungeon
Within the lowest level of the palace, below the servant's kitchen, the storage rooms, down further still passed the upper level of dank cells, the kingdom's most dangerous criminals are held within the stone of the earth itself. Old torches flickering every hundred feet or so do little to illuminate the thick dark. What's worse, a curse lingers within the cold, damp halls, meant to confuse any escaped prisoners into wandering aimlessly until they're claimed by exhaustion or madness. Somewhere deep in this persistent blackness sits a prisoner who has the answer to an important question. Whether or not he'll even be willing to tell you what you need to know is uncertain. To find out, you'll first have to find him.
